The Challenge
Millions of realtors throughout the U.S. rely on Title Companies as a necessary part of the real estate buying and selling process. This means that realtors have to shop around for Title Companies on behalf of their clients by obtaining multiple quotes for the same property. These quotes are usually obtained via phone calls, or individual app installations from each Title Company that the realtor is thinking of doing business with. ClosingBuddy was designed and developed to centralize this information, allowing realtors to shop around for Title Companies in one marketplace. The challenge was to build a product that would be downloaded for free on iOS or Android by the realtors, but could be updated in real-time by the Title Companies themselves within a WebPortal.
The Result
ClosingBuddy allows Title Companies to update their pricing model and their offerings in real-time via a WebPortal. It generates natural leads as Realtors use ClosingBuddy to generate quotes from all Title Companies within a 50mile radius of their location via a free iOS or Android app.
